[Resolved] Reliance Communications — postpaid bill | |||
I was charged extra amount in this month bill for my number : [protected] which is not informed to me. Outlets located in tamilnadu coimbatore - puliakulam & in koundampalayam is useless as they dont have any knowledge for extra charges. They simply answered as they charge for new customers so inturn they are charging for the existing customers as well. I have been the customer of reliance network more than 8 years & i cannot accept such reasons. I need the amount to be waived off which they meant as advance amount (Security deposit) & to generate the actual bill which is consumed by self. Name: arunkumar.
