My Reliance Mobile No is [protected].Whenever I recharge my account then my balance was deducted by you of any Flash service or any reason without my request.

I try to call your complaint No.30333333 this no is said wrong and also customer care no. 198 after IVR call was disconnected 2-3 times
I am very disappointed your bad service.Kindly refund my amount ASAP.

    Even though i had data balance in my account they deducted my main balance, customer care service not available and they do not reply any e-mail. worst service provider on earth. this kind of theft is ongoing by reliance from the beginning. they do not have any ethics or customer satisfaction policy they just need money come what may.

    This kind of worst service providers deserves to be punished by Telecom regulatory authority of India. I request on behalf of every reliance customer for a probe into system and records of reliance for undue deductions there may be huge scam running for misappropriation of money of customer.

      Myself damanpreet singh from ludhiana (Punjab)
      Last year i paid around rs.11000/- advance as yearly rental.
      But after a month i got a call that yearly 3g plan wont be continued and so i decided to port to airtel.
      And my due balance from reliance has to be recieved by cheque.
      Its been more than a year i havnt got any response about my balance.
      They likely said that 2 months rental will be deducted from your money and remaining balance you will recieve by cheque in 40 to 60 days.

        I have tried to port my number from the time i received the message stating that reliance would be disconnected.

        I have tried the same for several times & also called the toll free number provided by vodafone also.

        But, still didn't got the port number.

        I have used this number for all my communications & i have the same number & service provider for more than 7 years.

        This is too bad that for the loyal customer like me to suffer like this.

        Please help me out in getting the port number

          I am trying to get PORT my reliance number in reliance Jio. I have send PORT request on 1900 many time but I didn't get PORT code .I worried because my number is a official number.if didn't get PORT my sim card going to block or deactivate .I spend so much time on.

              Hello,

              My number is [ [protected] ], i am trying to make a mobile number portability request from my reliance number to get my unique porting code; but every time i got "insufficient balance” message as a reply from 1901. I have proper balance to request for upc but i had never received the code. I made a complaint several time for this problem in customer care as well as the local reliance office, every time they told the new problem and it will be resolved in next 24 or 48 hours. Today[protected] i have called reliance customer care three times but every time they disconnected the phone. I don’t know why they are doing this, maybe reliance blocked the porting system, with this reliance wants the customer to stick with their poor network services. Now what to do? Should i complain for this to consumer forum to resolve this problem?

                I not receiving reliance network and receiving vodafone network and aslo receiving message each day to port on voda fone so i tried to call 198, *333 but was unable to connect with reliance care person so please help me why i getting voda fone network in place of reliance gsm network. Please help me. I also called to vodafone care to stop message regarding porting but they told to contact reliance care to stop as i am also getting message to port reliance to vodafone but why? Please help to stop this unwanted message from vodafone. They told me to port into vodafone since reliance smart gsm service is getting closed before 1 dec. I don't why vodafone care giving me such a crap information so please help me and provide me reliance smart gsm service.

                    I am using reliance number from last few years.
                    But from last few days in my phone reliance sim signal shows a r symbol, i know that r denotes to roaming, but i am in my home tome jalandhar (Punjab).

                    Issues:
                    - i am unable to connect internet.
                    - when i call someone, then computer says from other end: "priya reliance grahak, app vodafone se jude hai, aur app call nahin kar paayen gen. Ye number jari rakhne ki liye aap ko reliance se port karna hoga. Port karne kil liye app ko sms karna hoga, sms karne ki liye likhe port aur apna reliance number aur send kar de 1900 par..."

                    Without my permission how can my number automatically linked or connected to vodafone.

                    I have already sent a email to reliance customer at "[protected]@relianceada.com" yesterday, so far no response got from customer support.

                    Now what can i do to resolve this issue??

                    Hello I have the same issue, without my concern my reliance number is connected to vodafone. I'm not able to call. I noticed it since last 2-3 weeks, but I didn't pay much attention as I was using another number for calling, but yesterday I tried to call from my reliance number and wasn't able to call.
                    @RajeshMca is your problem solved? If yes please tell me what steps you took to solve this issue.

                    No. My problem is not solved, and there are no way to solve this issue now, because Reliance company going to discontinue there 2G, 3G, and Voice call services, so don't expect any support from Reliance.

                    Now you can port your old Reliance number with new telecom service provider or buy a new number.

                    Number porting process takes so much time in my area. So I buy a new number and try to update all my old contacts with new number.

                        Reliance 3g postpaid services are worst. I don't know why but i don't get any networks in my area during day time or some time for a week i have tried to contact customer care even they won't respond. I have tried get my number port from reliance store but they told me reliance communication has stopped its services. So what i am supposed to do now pay the unreasonable bills? I am not paying any bill until my problem is resolved.

                          I have made an advance payment for my reliance number [protected], as advised by one of their phone advisor because my bill date was 23rd of each month and my salary date was 28th of each month. Now the company shut the business and i need to know where will my money be back.

                          I'm unable to seek the phone advisors again as they are not available now. And there's no information sent to me that when will my amount be refunded.

                          I am not getting the porting number for my reliance number and they are not bother to send me the porting number so it is very difficult to port other numbers.

                          This is just a joke, without informing how they can stop the service, I am send the sms again and again and still there is no reply from Reliance regarding UPC.

                                We have been using reliance dongle for travel usage. Last two months we did travel and when we again wanted to use it, we find that the service was not working. We tried to contact the customer care and it said that as such our reliance phone number does not exists and we were not able to reach any customer care officials. We went directly to the relaince office in nungambakkam and found that the company has already been shut down. This was a real shock as we did not receive any intimation or information from them on the same.Then we sent a mail to the appelate authority and customer care service and found have not got any reply from them.
                                The most atrosious part is that our reliance payment is being deducted from our bank account every month in a proper manner. I really cant believe how such big company like Reliance can treat its customers so badly like this and be so greedy. Kindly support us to resolve this issue.

                                  Sir i came to know that reliance communications is above to close in a short period. I am valid customer of reliance more than 14 years.
                                  But they didn't disclosed the same to us. So i applied for portability on 5.9.2017. They gave the code number. But did allowed my number to change to airtell. Then again on 25.9.2017 i applied for portability to jio as per their instruction. That time also they didn't allowed my number for portability. Again on 13.10.2017 i have given request for portability as per their guidence to jio. This time also they didn't permit. Finalky on 31.10.2017 reliance communication help desk situated at halls road, kilpak, chennai i went and they asked me to give 500/- i paid the same. They said for cash and portability receipt will come by sms within 3 days. But so far nothing happen.
                                  1. I am an advocate with 20 years of practice. All my clients are having this number only. Feom august 2017 i am not receiving any incoming calls. This made my progression failure and my earning become handicapped. Because of reliance communications this act. Witjout informing a customer they closed all our communications. And also sent a sms that don't trust any message that we above to close.
                                  2. Because of this act of reliance communications all of my client suffered like anything.
                                  3. I was thrown by them like a ball here and there.
                                  4. Really i fed up mentally and physically.
                                  5. I need my own same number.
                                  Pls take appropriate legal action against reliance communications and direct them to pay compensation to me and also my own number to me for their illegal and irresponsible act.

                                      Dear team,

                                      Please note that i am un able to port my relience number as i m not gettng port number to my msg to my number... I have send msg to 1900 but they are not responding to my msg... Even i m not getting any range in my phone as relience tower in my are has stop,,, now i have temporarily connect with vodafone to get range in my phone so that i can send msg to 1900 still i m not getting any respoce from relience..

                                      Please help me to get my porting code (Upc number)

                                        My no is [protected]. Since last one year my plan is 125-00rs. Than suddenly from last 2 month my plan is automatically change in 699 with tax its coing 800+. From last 2 month i complain to reliance store he says this company is close. The we visit to another store he also says same. Than one of person says me go mohali head office i also visit that office, reliance company employee mr jyoti say talk to mr. Bhavesh (All north area incharge) mohali office is also close all the persons of reliance company says company is close i cant help. I want to port my no to vodaphone company but due to outstaning we cant port my no. I also clear that oustanding. But my plan is 125 with tax its come 150 to 160 only. But company will charge plan automatilay in 699 with tax approx 800+. I pay 1600 rs total. We have a proff of mails also i also mail to company but we not get any responce. I want my money back.
