Sir I (N nookararaju) have a post paid connection in your network. There is a aproblem for your network authority. I need to change my mobile network for other company, in this process i send the message for port, your telecaller talking to me for this issue, and change my mobile bill plan, but with out explain bill plan details for me, and with out confirmation how to change my bill plan. At present my mobile bill was generated for new plan. Why should i pay the mobile bill. Please solved my problem.
