[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Problem of Net connection

Dear sir/madam,

I am a subscriber of your organization since last 1 and half year i. E. Reliance communication and my customer id no.[protected].

I have been complained many times on your provided toll free number but there is no response from your side. I am facing regarding internet problem since 08 days (8.5.2017) but still today it is not resolved.

As per the consumer act, service provider (Any type of service) is liable to provide/ fulfill service to the consumer timely, regularly within promised days and service provider is bound to fulfill the commitment within the promised time. Rather then in this case this guideline is not followed from your side.

I am not interested / satisfied at all in your plans and also services. Due to this inconvenience that i hand to mouth and do not get or complete my any work, which is related to online. Due to this reason i wants to disconnect your services / plans immediately.

Please adjust my advance balance and refund outstanding to me in the form of cheque/ demand draft in my favour i. E.- sushil kumar jain, account number [protected] state bank of india, tonk road, jaipur (Rajasthan)
