[Resolved] Reliance Communications — RCOM - Message regarding unpaid bill | |||
I received a message on my cellphone from RM-Reliance stating that "Dear Customer Last date to clear overdue Rs 1872 BAN [protected] at earliest to avoid any legal action. Contact [protected]". I have not used Reliance services in the past 6 - 10 years and not sure why I am getting the messages. Further when I tried reaching the number - Iam getting the same response for many tries as the 'Vodafone" number you are trying is "Busy" 6 months back I got the same kind of message and at that time I called the number and informed them that I am not the person whom you are looking for so, to that they replied just ignore the message. but from last 1 week these messages are filling up my inbox. still it is not resolved, today also I have received the message stating the same to pay the due amount which I never took the service. it's frustrating now. could, you guy's please treat this on priority and close asap.
