[Resolved] Reliance Communications — rcom postpaid # [protected] - worst customer care service | |||
Worst service provider... Faced many issues Already written mails to rcomm customer care and state appellate... But no response from them I had already written mail to rcom customer care & state appellate authority - (Mr. Sachin, mr. Vishal & ms. Preeti chhabria) about my issue. Also i had a word with mr. Mahesh (Call center agent) who had called me on 27th aug. 2017 @ 5:30pm requesting to make bill payment. Where i informed my bill is already paid of rs.350/- and rs.115/- is balance. From which rs.100/- needs to be waived off which are late fee charges. Where mahesh assured me that he has registered my complaint and forwarded to concern team, who will remove the late fee charges. Post which only rs.15/- will be outstanding bill amount. Unfortunately later on 1st sept 2017, early morning i received sms from rcom stating that outgoing is barred. I called up rcom customer care at 198 at 1:55pm - spoke with agent ms. Pooja ahikar (From bhopal call center). Again i explained her about my issue & requested her to connect with her senior/manager. I waited on same the line is on hold from last 30min. But your stupid service officer is busy somewhere not coming on call back and your agent pooja is not even bothered to refresh the hold line & speak to me back. Wow thing is on this call itself i received a survey sms for ms. Pooja... Do you guys think that call is over or customer is happy with this service. I called up customer care, spoke with ms. Aditi jain (Bhopal call center) again she asked me to explain what's the problem.. again i explained her and requested her to connect with senior.. She wants me to be on hold again for some time while your stupid senior comes on line... They dont even know how much time will it take to attained the call... Later direclty she kept my call on hold.. Saying plz wait while transfer... (I had already told her to not to keep my call on hold) — no one came on call after this hold of more than 15mins.. Where i disconnected the call again. These both agents spoke with me, i had requested for senior. But no one came and call was put on hold only. Where i waited more than 20mins on both calls and disconnected. * i had already sent mail to rcom for this as well on 1st sept '17... But non of your team member took effor to revert on this * no response from rcom on this kind of behaviour from their customer support and later just got one mail stating 100rs is waived of... As if they are doing a favour on customer. I have not got a solution for online net banking payment issue. Also non of the mobile shop takes payment for "rcom postpaid"... Howevery i also visited "reliance digital store - nr sakinaka, andheri east" for bill payment which was having a long queue... Where only 1 guy sitting and doing all kind of rcom + jio sim work. Also non of them took a effort to call me ever after getting multiple reminder mails from me Was this information helpful? | |||
