Reliance Communications — rcom stopped their service before announced date | |||
Hi, My reliance gsm number is [protected], i got msg from rcom that voice service will be stopped on 1st dec 2017, so i have to port my number or we can use reliance 4g service to keep active my number but from 1st nov 2017 they stopped everything. Now i am not able to port my number also because they don't share the upc code. I am asking help from telecom regulatory authority of india to get upc code at least? Those have prepaid connection their balance also gone? Is it not considered as a cheating? You can imagine how much money they can collect from prepaid connection holder? Same here in Karnataka. These fraud people have cheated the balance of all prepaid customers by shutting down network abruptly long before due date without any intimation.
