I lost my phone on 15th Feb the no [protected](prepaid) since then i am fed up with the service offered by the company. Initially I had to struggle a lot for deactivating my SIM for which i had to call thrice on the customer care and even now i am afraid that the number is active as it says the number you are calling is switched off as i was expecting the number you are calling is out of service. Anyways it was something that could be avoided but now when i am trying to reactivate that number i got to know how bad things are at reliance communications since march i m visiting the store modern telecom 2 at khanpur, Delhi and everytime i hear the same thing from them "SIM not in stock" but see today the SIM was in stock but he refused me because i was asking for a prepaid number.. i mean seriously if i asked for a postpaid SIM would have a got it but not a prepaid number..so what does it mean i.m.not getting back that number just because it was prepaid?
i had that number for more than 5 yrs that means this is the way company treats their old clients. I badly need that number because it's a point of communication for me.. Moreover it's been nearly 2 months since the number is deactivated and the company might issue that number to someone else and i don't want that to happen in any case but I've had enough of waiting so i believe it's high time that i get over with this company but just giving it a last try may be things fall on my side.. expecting a reply asap Was this information helpful? |
