Reliance Communications — Real face of Netconnect +

Hi all, I bought prepaid reliance netconnect + some months ago. First few months it was fine. Recently I made recharge for 3000/- for a 6 months plan. But after that story changed. Worst speed and most irritating frequent disconnection. I use Linux (Ubuntu) on Dell vostro-1550. I would not say its OS problem. Defenitely reliance is playing games. You know the worst part - I logged in to myservices.relianceada.com and filled up a looooong for raising complaint, after submitting the response I got is, "Unexpected Error - We can't serve your request at this time". I got my head heated. Now here writing to all. When I have most important work, netconnect + cheats me like this. So... "PLEASE DO NOT BUY RELIANCE NETCONNECT +" I strongly recommend this for all. See the attachment the data traffic stopped after that... it was showing 0 kbps for long... no site came..
