Reliance Communications — Receiving signal

I cannot call from my home with reliance sim.
It was not receiving signal and saying emergency calls only.
When I went outside of my home then it was receiving signal.
When i am at my home i am not able to call important calls also.
I have complained several times, but you have not given any importance for my complaint.
This is not the way of receiving a customer.
Your customer service is so bad.
So please resolve this problem.
