[Resolved] Reliance Communications — recharge & customer service issue | |||
Hello, Since today morning (15th August) I cannot recharge my Reliance gsm number nor can I connect to customer care via 198. I am asked to get self help from *111#. My number is [protected] I last spoke to one of your customer care executive MD Akram on 14th August. I was facing issue in configuring my email in my phone and asked for the reliance outgoing port number which I later found via simple Google search. I was told there is nothing like that available in Reliance communication. Now I have been blocked from recharging and connecting to customer care. Please help. This is very urgent.
