Dear Sir I have recharged my Reliance Mob. No:[protected] for 92 Rupees from Paytm site with operator Reference No:[protected] on 27/02/2016. Before recharge I have confirmed with customer care executive of Reliance by calling and He had confirmed that I will get tariff for TT RS 60, 100 MB 3G Data, All reliance call @10P/min, Other Calls @25P/min valid for 180days, but i have not received any amount in main balance or any other special tariff balance. I have talked again with Customer care and they are saying that this plan is not applicable on your mobile. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
