[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Refund of security deposit | |||
Hi, My mobile # [protected]. I did the number portability in the month of nov-2015 from vodafone to reliance. At that time i paid a security deposit of rs300 and the in the reliance store they told me that the securirt deposit will be adjusted in my 3 bill cycle. Till the amount was never adjusted in my bill amount. Now i did the number portability and moved to vodafone. I got my final bill for but don't see any any adjustment for my security deposit. Please do the needful and adjust my security amount in my out standing amount so that i will clear all my dues. Please call me if you need any further clarification on this.
