Reliance number: [protected] Relationship number:[protected] My name is prolay sen and my postpaid mobile number is [protected]. I was in rental 399 plan but for the bad network, i have disconnected my connection and today i have received a bill where the bill amount is rs. 252.00, however, when i have take this connection my deposit money was rs. 300. Today i have visited reliance store and they informed me that you do not need to pay anything as you have deposited rs. 300.00 and i have asked that the bill amount is rs. 252.00, so 300 – 252 = 48 rupees is due from reliance but they informed me that i will not receive this money as the amount is less than rs. 50.00. I have not yet received the refund. 1st email i have sent on 25 february 2017 and today is 20 september 2017, till not yet received refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

A Block, Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - 400709
I had a reliance postpaid number for almost 18 years- Dhirubhai Ambani Pioneer plan.[protected].
Due to many issues with connectivity I ported to Vodafone in Feb 2018.
There is a credit amount which is due to be refunded to me - rs 2959.00.
I was told I will receive the credit amount in 45-60 days in my registered address which is my home address.
Now it is 8months over and I have not received the credit amount.
I tried calling 30333333. But the representatives are unable to help me and they asked me to send email to '[protected]@relianceada.com'. i send a mail to them every 15 days.
Initially i was getting a reply. I have attached the latest reply saying-
Your Service Request ID[protected], regarding refund related concern has been registered and the same will be resolved latest by 6:09:13 Pm September 10, 2017.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations.

But since the last reply they are not responding anymore.
If we do not pay, they charge penalty and put a legal case on us.
At the same time will they pay us with interest if they delay in paying us.
Such a big company, such a small amount and they want to avoid paying the customers.
How long can they continue like this.
