[Resolved] Reliance Communications — refunding postpaid bill amt

Reliance charged me one month advance bill on post paid mob no. [protected]. I have paid bill in advance. Now i have done mnp into vodafone prepaid.

After adjusting last bill, company need to pay me 140.46 rs back for settlement my account.

So, continuously sending mail to reliance regarding pay back 140 rs. But they are not responding my mails.

Attached here last bill for the month of july 2017.

Just by asking alternate no. Is not the solution for this issue. You hv to call me, talk to me and refund balance amt.

Worst service by Reliance. No reply no call yet. I wd never evr choose reliance henceforth.
