[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding bill and wipod termination | |||||
I faced a serious disruption in reliance network last month because of 4g migration. I didn't use data almost 15 days. Customer care representative promised they will give discount but i didnt get any discount. They are making false promise. I called to terminate my reliance wipod connection the reliance customer service employees are misbehaving by transferring my calls to different departments for hours. No one bothers to answer the call after being transferred to termination department. I have called more than 5 times and every time i am on hold for hours without any response. This is clearly misconduct on their part and they are doing this so that they can send me bill without me using their service. They are not ready to terminate my connection for no reason at all. I request that proper actions be taken against the fraudulent reliance company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
