Dear sir,

I have decided to port my number to other operators for continuing existing number after it come to my knowledge that reliance has planned to shut-down its 2g business. I have sent following message i. E., "port [protected]" to 1900. However, i still have not received unique porting code. I have tried connecting to customer care executive on 198/*333 and in both cases there was no option linking me to the concerned executive.
I was highly satisfied with your services and have retained connection with you since 2008. It is my humble request that upc may be sent to my mobile number for porting to other operator.
