[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Regarding termination of broadband connection | |||||
Sir, This is very shameful to say or rather must be very shameful for your company "Reliance telecommunications" that it is the one of the worst company in providing services to end customers. "The company" cannot provide user satisfaction services, in fact problems o[censored]sers are not handled properly and perfectly, a wide communication gap between the internal team of company can be analyzed after using it's services which are mentioned below in this mail. My subscriber id is[protected] which was issued to me in April 2016 against my broadband connection, various issues are being faced by me since the initial time till date, which were also communicated to your customer care representative every time but no permanent solution was provided for each of the complaint. Problem faced are as follows:- 1. Connectivity issue- Problem in working of broadband connection i.e. in a month nearly for 10 days i am not able to access Internet. And also against which i don't get waiver. 2. Fraud by the employee- Already mentioned all about this in previous mail. 3. Billing issue- automatic bill is not sent to my registered email id- [protected]@gmail.com. Thus, i have to call again and again for sending me bill. 4. Services issues - no proper contact and communication. Thus many more problem i have faced within 1 yr of my connection among which major ones i have had mentioned above. So now i don't wish to continue with such a worst and fraud company. Thus, this is my final email to the company to terminate my connection and adjust all my dues accordingly and refund the refundable amount.
