[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Regarding Wrong Bill

Here i would like to inform you that i am using reliance netconnect + dongle since last 4 years and my reliance no is [protected]. I had paid 1800/- rupees on 30/1/15 to activate 3gb advance rental plan for 6 month, but i have received bill of rupees 181 for the month of May'15. Still 2 Months are pending to complete this plan, when i called to customer care regarding this issue they told me your plan is not activated properly. So you have to first pay 181 rupees and than you can able to activate other plan. Why should i pay 181 rupees as i have already paid for the advance rental plan which validity is for the 6 months. If plan is not activated than that is not my fault. So i would like to request you to look into this matter and short it out as soon as possible. I have already attached my payment receipt. I already complaint to comnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com on 15/5/15, but still no reply from there.

Till today 26/5/15 no one have try to contact me from reliance customer care regarding my complaint,
As i already mentioned that i paid 1800/- rupees on 30/01/2015 as a Advance Rental Plan for the 6 month, but still i've recevied May'15 Bill for Rupees 509/-

My six month advance rental plan will complete on 11th Jul'15, before that why should i chareged for the same. So request you kindly take some strict action as soon as possible and resolved this problem on a prior bases.

How many time i have to complaint for the same Issue.
