[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance asking for payment without any bill or usage details

I was using Reliance Netconnect+ with number - [protected]. In May-15, my brother returned the modem and clearly asked the attending executive to clear all the dues for which my brother paid. She specifically told him that the service will be deactivated and no further payment has to be made. I also didn't get any Invoice or detail after May-15 from Reliance. Suddenly, I got a notice from the court in Sept-15 about pending amount of Rs. 1591. I mailed and called Reliance customer care regularly for a long time about the details but they didn't provide any. Now again today I got a notice about it. I am not going to pay a penny without invoice or details. This is highly unprofessional and rowdy. I'll go to the higher authorities if I have to. This is unexpected from company like Reliance.
