Hello reliance communications limited, After choosing reliance digital tv as my video entertainment solution. I am dissatisfied with its service since last 65 days. I have been attempting to contact the customer care to register a complaint of this 'no signal', and none of the contact numbers provided failed to connect. I am a customer who has paid a 1-year reliance digital tv subscription and the problem occurred during the contract period. This is a pure contract violation of the reliance communications limited to the customer which is me 'salina mani' in this state. I should demand immediate assistance to correct the issue as soon as possible and need a call back to my registered mobile number. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 04, 2018 Updated by salinamani It's been 2 business days, nobody from Reliance communications has shown the courtesy to respond. I am still trying to contact the customer care. May 08, 2018 Updated by salinamani THIS IS THE 6TH BUSINESS DAY After registering the complaint. Complaint status says 'Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint'. But still, there is no response.
