Reliance Communications — reliance broadband internet connection | |||
My reliance broadband internet connection has been down for over 2 weeks. I tried calling their ivr number[protected]; after choosing the appropriate options, just when we reach in the ivr the point where i'm put in a queue to talk to a customer service professional, i get a message that ".. Due to exigencies, the service is not currently available" and the call is disconnected. After several trials like this, i contacted a local reliance number[protected] and no one answered the phone for the 4 or 5 times i tried over the last many days. I sent a mail about this issue to the following email addresses, some days ago, and there's no response either. [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com This is very frustrating! I need to contact some official who can either restore my connection or allow me to get the service deactivated! Was this information helpful? | |||
