Reliance Communications — reliance communication not accepting mnp porting code number rd536741

Dear sir,

I am customer of reliance since 2011 having mobile number [protected].
I had requested to port the number to vodafone during beginning of this year at vodafone store through porting code number rd536741 but unfortunately reliance didn't responded. Due to which i am facing problem as this number is my permanent no.

Request you to please look into the matter and inform company to make the arrangement to port the same against porting code number rd536741 to vodafone
