Reliance Communications — Reliance communications store executive is rude at sanpada reliance store

I am suresh.Mavji.Kanbi. From sanpada .This is regarding today's instance when i went to the store in sanpada station for complaining about my mobile sim is damaged and payment of my bill . The store executive was rude and not supportive at all. The request was not taken by him on priority, instead he told that customer care will be looking into it within days. My query was why the request is taking so much time but he replied in rude way that "do whatever you want but i will not take this request and dhirubhai ka bap ayenga to bhi nahi karunga" is this the way to treat customers ?? The stores name is sailesh global venture, shop no. 1, sanpada railway station complex, sanpada, navi mumbai .
