[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance data card requested for cancellation but bill receiving since sept 15 | |||
My Reliance data card No: [protected], requested for cancillation on 6th sept 2015, the requst No:[protected] through cust care. On 29.09.15, I settled total due amount. Even then I received SMS alret for monthly regular bill pay due amount Rs.343.90..., Called to cust care(Re No:[protected] and informed the status. I got reply that no need to pay, which will be adjusted with in 48 hrs. Even though not using data card from 1st sept 2015... and had several communications with cust care... Till date the issue was not sorted out and further I am getting trethening phone calls from legal department sevaral times([protected]). I am feeling very bad about functioning and operations of Custmer care department and other departments of Reliance communications which are connected with my issue.
