Reliance Communications — Reliance datacard is not working properly for last 2 weeks | |||||
Dear team, I have raised a complain with ticket id:[protected] on 8th jul, 2016 for my reliance datacard which is not working properly from 6th jul, 2016. Today after 2 weeks there is no solution and no one even tried to solve my issue. It's very pathetic and not acceptable from reliance which is such a big brand in india. Multiple times i escalated this issue to different level but still there is no progress and everyone is playing games. If it's not possible to solve my problem at least inform inform me so that i can disconnect and take other connection. Was this information helpful? | |||||
