This is infrom u to that actually i've complaint about regrading of one of my relaince gsm platinum[protected], 29/04/2016 at 10:30pm i've sent sms for port-out my number and also received sms from rm_mnp 10:34pm bucz i'm not getting any special offer after 3times i've sent mail to reliance but they didn't take any responsibility for this problem, however 30/04/2016 morning i've received call 📞 from reliance retaintaion team delhi noida +[protected] at 10:45am miss. Manisha she told me retaintaion offier which was r-r rs.10p/m & r-o rs.25p/m within few times i've received sms and i will get confirmation sms for this special offer actived this offer but today i got the same message from reliance at 11:28pm it's showing it has been processed for what kind this reference number i dn't know 😯😐😕😑😡😉 bucz after 30mints i've again call recived from reliance appellate team mr. Kaniya rudly behavior why i dn't know. (Dear customer your sr no.[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with reliance).. Please check my previous intersection who cancle my special offer.. 😈😈😈😈😈 afterthat yesterday i'm trying to call 📞 local number which was [protected] it's showing 19 sec and 26paise deducted from my main account at 11:55am how its possible i dn't know??? What is acctual problem??? Please lookinto matter and nessuary top to bottom and nessuary take this action immediately..

However still now i'm i didn't receiving retaintaion offer sms in my inbox i won't get benefit.. Reliance didn't publish or inform this type of rubbish anywhere and if it so why my balance has been deducted. Now they also say they can't check if my claims were true since they only have records of last 3 days of my valuable my number [protected]..

Hence, i request u to that actually ive put a complaint about reliance gsm bad service nothing more else totally wrost service... It's harrising for me.. Please helpout me how to gets this retaions offer urgently or i'm requiesting to reliance team that please provide any solution for the same issue who gave wrong information provide by call 📞 center and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and today call 📞 🔙 my number for the customer service experience..
