Reliance Communications — Reliance jio sim black marketing by fake dealars

I am from dabua colony nit faridabad, there is a shop name "bagwati communication" the shop owner selling jio sim in black of 200 to 500 rupees without filling any form, he only selling sim, not activating sim. Reliance company have to stop to distirbute their sim to this types of dealar. When customers comes to shop, shopkeepar annoyed them by talking rudely, angry. It have to stop.

I was buy a Jio sim card[protected]in Rs.300 from your Tehsil distributer of Mehnagar, Distt. Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh on 03.09.2016.
But my sim card not activated till date. He said to me that your C.A.F. was rejected in pinching proses and also expired by rejection. That sim is not activate now.
But sir if my activation form is reject why I not received any massage on my alternate number [protected]. My barcode going expire today.

Pls tell me what should I do for activate my Jio Sim card.
