Reliance Communications — Reliance - my lifetime plan (1gb/every month) is removed without my consent after 4g migration | |||
Hi rcom, I have recharged 3001/- lifetime plan where i will get 1gb data every month to my reliance broadband net connect + on 12/11/2014. Since last 3 months i was receiving notifications asking me to buy 4g wipod as reliance was planning to stop cdma services. When i ask them about my lifetime plan they assured (I have proofs) the 1gb every month lifetime plan will continue with new 4g wipod. Now when i purchased the new 4g wipod for 2699/- in the month of june-2016. It has not got activated, when i tried calling reliance customer support they told there is no such offer in existence. Now it is clear betrayal i have decided to return the unused 4g wipod to get my money back 2699/- and also my lifetime plan amount 3001/-either cash or check or neft immediately. Note: if the above request is not accepted i am going to file a case in portal.Gov.In with having all the proofs.
