I have recieved a bill from you showing 575/- outstanding when the entire month your network was not working and when i went to your store i was told to buy a device worth 2200/-
So i called your telephone support line and they told me that it is adjusted and there is a credit of 76Rs and my account is cancelled.
I request you to send a written confirmation thru email confirming CANCELLATION and return the credit balance of 76/- thru post.
