[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance netconnect very low speeds | |||
I am using Reliance Netconnect for the past 1 year but since the last 3-4 months, I have been getting terrible speeds. Before that I had recharged with an amount of Rs. 1947 for which they provided me with 69 GB of data, as it was their Independence Day offer. But since then the net is running very slow and even after lodging 2-3 complaints, nothing has been resolved. The only solution they are able to provide is clear your temporary files, check ping and all. My Reliance Netconnect datacard number is [protected]. I am still continuing to use it as I still have around 80 GB of data in my account and I am slowly and steadily trying to finish it, after which I will move on to a new connection. The experience with this company has been nothing short of horrible and I would really suggest anyone trying to go for Reliance Netconnect, not to go for it even if its the last solution available.
