Reliance Communications — Reliance netconnect wrong plan wrong bill | |||||
I am a reliance netconnect (wi pod) user no. [protected] the plan on my no was rs.999 unlimited at the time of purchase. My services were disconnected since today morning[protected] and when i called the customer care to my surprise i was informed that my this month bill has exceeded rs.4000+ so they have stopped the service. i mean how is it possible? when i have applied for an unlimited connection... however wen i had called the service center on 13-jul-2016 16:40:11 docket no/ reference no[protected] i have been told that my plan was rs.999 with 25gb 4g data and later the speed will reduce to 144 kbps without any additional charges. Again when i had with the same issue on 26-jul-2016 18:42:14 docket no/ reference no[protected] again they came up with a new plan saying they have changed my plan to 5gb 4g and later 144kbps unlimited @rs1100 and i wont be charged for additional usage after 5gb. So how is it that my billing went to 4000+? in spite of having a credit limit of rs.2000/- Please look in to this matter as i am not going to pay for the inefficiency and lack of knowledge of your customer care representatives. Hi, as per the last Conversation with your Customer care executive you were not able to resolve the issue as the bill was not generated and you had requested to wait till 18th Aug, 16 to get this issue escalated.
To your reminder today is 19th Aug, 16 and the bill has already been generated for Rs.5194.55 which I don’t know how? As I have used it from 19th July 16 to 31st July 16 and was disconnected from 1st Aug in spite of me being told that the plan was unlimited-and and i will be charged only Rs.1100/- whenever I had called the customer care before.
So Please get issue sorted as soon as possible.
