[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Porting rejected for no reason and complaint against Mehek Mishra reliance Telecaller/Team Leader | |||
Hi, I am a Vodafone Pospaid costumer and I got a call from Tele caller Zoya Khan(+91-[protected]) offering me a plan of RS:299/- porting to reliance and told me card will start within 3 days and she was also flirting with me to port (I have all the whatsapp conversation). After 6 days I gave a call to Zoya regarding my card activation but she didn't pick (i tried 7times in next 2days but was ignored, and then i called her Senior/TL Mehek Mishra ([protected]) and she is worst then her. Mehek picked my call and told me Zoya is sick and is on holidays, " So It’s not my problem if zoya didn't submit the documents to back office", Mehek said. Then Mehek cut my call. Later I called her 3 times but she didn't pick. I called her from my friends number and she picked, when i told her i tried calling her, she started arguing on nonsense topic trying to claim even she called me and i dint pick her call, (which she never did). I told her I will complain about her and she said, "Jo Karna hai Karo mein nahi darti".After 2 Weeks, When I called Relaince Customer support they said your documents are not registered at all.Before porting if this is the situation wat will happen after porting.
