Reliance Communications — Reliance Pro 3 (14.7Mbps is giving 0 Kbps Speed | |||
Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased the Reliance Pro 3 Data Card on last month. And I have activated the connection. But, I am not able to open any sites even google.com site. It is NOT working. I raised the complaint against this issue to the customer care. They said, They will solve this issue with in 3 Days. But, still they did not solve the problem. Continuously, I called customer care. Also, I have contacted the data card agent(whom i purchased the data card). NO USE. I paid the money for device on last month. This month, I got the bill for October, 2014 month. But, I didn't used the card. Do I need to pay this bill WITHOUT using the data card? Please suggest me. Regards Sankar M Was this information helpful? | |||
