I had purchased the reliance Pro 3 device at around April Last year. I was promised a speed of 14.1 MBPS however i was getting speed around 300 KBps. After making several calls to Support team to resolve my issue, i had finally decided to cancel my service at end of 3 months (for which i had paid in advance while purchasing device) I had called support to cancel my service and they asked me to give them one more chance to fix the issue which never happened. Finally on 20th July i emailed them to cancel my service. They kept generating bills for my number even though i was not using it. Now they are saying that i have to pay 2414 RS. I am not ready to pay this amount as i have not used the service. I request Relaince to check usage for my reliance PRO device and if i have used it i am ready to pay whatever amount is outstanding. This is the worst company that i have ever delt with. No one is ready to understand my situation and find out a solution. they keep sending me COURT NOTICE. I had emailed their NODAL OFFICE : Mr. Kamlesh Melvani about the issue that i am facing and he is least bothered. I have not even got an acknowledgment from him for my email. they can call me on [protected].. please dont ask them to call me if they are gonna repeat the same story.. i am looking for a solution

Do you mean to say my charges have been waived off? Bcoz that is the only issue that I have right now
I made an online payment for my subscriber number [protected] on 2nd February 2016 at 14:08:39 for which the transaction was successful with the transaction reference number as 99833952 . The problem here is that the receipt is showing incorrect customer name as Ravi Krishna Reddy where it should have been Saket Karnik. Also the receipt is showing incorrect relationship number as[protected] where it should have been[protected]. Due to this mistake done by reliance "MyServices" online portal, the payment status of my subscriber number is still outstanding.
Inspite of sharing the receipt and the bank statement showing the said transaction with their appellate authority, they didn't do anything on my complaint. Till date I've sent them six reminders also after my original mail but to no avail.
On the top of that, their people have continuously harassed me for making the payment again to clear the dues. It's been over month now. I don't know what to do.
Please look into this matter ASAP and do the needful.
