[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Pro3 Data card Connection problem

Hi My name is sandeep from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, i have purchased reliance pro3 data card on dated 11th july, 2015. it was activated with in 2 hours of my purchase. but when i connect it to my laptop [Windows 8], it is showing network in form of network tower but it is not able to establishing network [data uploading n downloading] i have visited reliance store many times but they are saying that it will take 2 days to resolve the problem.. how can be possible ? if it is activated then i should be work at a time. i have paid Rs.1800 for that. Reliance Store name : Network communication Address : Shop no : 2 Satkar status, Nr. I.T.I College, Under Bridge, Kubernagar, Ahmedabad-382340. i was using Reliance net connect from last 4 years and i was in good impression of reliance communication but this time they are fail to satisfied their regular customer.
