[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Tower Transformer Problem

Hello Sir, My Name is seetharami reddy from Siddamanahall (village), Bellary (Dist), Karnataka (state).In my Village(siddamanahalli) reliance tower problem.It means whenever power cut is gone in my village then the signal is cut and the problem is in "SoS Call" at that time not recieving incoming calls&outgoing calls.I have already talk reliance tower manage the tower in my village Mister "anil reddy" he says like that reliance transformer problem that is old transformer he said.And also i am talking reliance customer care about this problem 2 years ago still the problem is not solved.In bellary there is no reliance office. Many times i call customer care mentioned this problem still no one resolve the problem.Mister Anil reddy maintained the reliance tower in my village he manages diesel to run it, but what times to run there is no guaranty in my villagers.Most of reliance customers are changed to others.Other towers are working fine.only one reliance tower problem still 2 years ago.Please resolve the problem as early as possible.Because, My phone is cdma reliance phone.
