Reliance Communications — reliance wifi broadband billed without usage | |||
I had been using reliance wifi pod for quite a long time.in january 2018, there was no proper net connectivity and suddenly in the last week there was no signal at all and i could not use the wifi pod for internet usage. I did not get any notification sms / email on the stopping of services for wifi pod broadband. But i am getting bills for the unused period as the rental charges. When there is no signal and there has been no usage, how are you charging the customers? When the customer has not used your services and you had blocked the signal, how and why you are charging the customer with bills?
