[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Security refund pending since july-2013

I had reliance hello connection number[protected]kolkata) and provided security of Rs 2000/- for making ISD call. I disconnected the service on last week of Jun-2013. I surrendered the phone and paid balance amount of Rs 110/- to Dun Dum Reliance office (now closed)

I was following the matter with reliance customer care ( [protected]@relianceada.com) first for two years.

Then I meet Mr. Vijay in reliance office Parkstreet, Kolkata and discussed the issue..
