[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Service barred and no one helping | |||
Dear sir/madam, My mobile number is [protected], i recently ported from vodafone to reliance. But my service are getting barred repeatedly. Earlier i was told my address verification got negative and then i tried following up with reliance appellate, and people who sold me this connection and after more than two weeks my services were resumed. This time i am being told that my caf is not in prescribed format i don't know what that means, but i was told to go to nearest store and resubmit my documents which i did on 3rd june at vashisth mobile hut: Vashisth mobile hut Shop no. 1086, link road, puran enclave, near miglani bakers, sector 28-29, chowk, old faridabad But still my number is not getting activated please advise.
