Reliance Communications — Service given by the service provider is completely unsatisfied | |||
First of all I would like to thank the team of this forum I have earlier also posted complaint & which was successfully being resolved within a very short period of time so I think my this complain will also be successfully resolved.I have recharged of RS.14 (SMS Pack) on my no. [protected] (CDMA No.) on 20/01/2016 & also on 23/01/2016 at both the times I have not given benefit of the plan & my main bal was completely wipped out including Rs. 14+14=28. Recently on 23/01/2016 at night I hv received msg regarding porting of my CDMA no. to Reliance GSM but again It took lot of time to resume my services again.And after conversion from CDMA to GSM I have made again recharge of Rs. 70 ( talktime) & Rs. 53 (for Data PAck) but while using Internet my main balance of Rs. 70 was used even when I have done recharge of Data Pack & again I suffered financial loss.It request to the service provider to kindly refund my loss of Rs. 14+14+10(regarding bal was deducted for sms)+55(which was lost even when data pack was recharged for) & for 53 RS. of Data pack either give me benefit of Data pack of refund my recharge amount of Rs. 53. I has become very burden some for users to call again & again to call centre & even they are not able to solve our problems so I hope that my complain will be given priority & make my losses good & should not repeat it again.My contact no. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
