[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Service termination and waiver | |||
This message is with reference to reliance wipod device # [protected]. Summary: I had purchased the device close to 2 months back and i had many issues ever since i purchased it. There was no signal and speed was only maximum 0.5 mbps. After 1 month, there was issue with the device and i had asked for device replacement. It has taken 8 days for device to get replaced and after that the new device was not activated for 7 days due to some reason. So i didn’t have internet connection for 15 days roughly. With this service, since i was not able to continue with the connection, and hence i requested for data card termination. Note: currently the data card termination request has been raised with ref #[protected] Issue: I have spent 1400 /- for this data card and didn’t use the service for even 2 months. But i have cleared the last month bill of 1144/-. My only ask now is please waive of any unbilled amount on my device, since i am not using the internet for more than 20 days. My billing cycle is 20th of every month and please consider this waiver request for today only, i don’t want to pay any more bill for this device. Complaint: I have called many times to harish who has given me data card and never i got proper response. Many times he won’t pick up the call also. I tried reaching out to pramod (Harish's manager) as well and no response from him as well. I have been following up on this issue many times. I might have sent some 10 messages on the same.
