Dear Sir/Mam, I am using RCOM SIM for last 10 years or [protected]@ODISHA TELECOM CIRCLE, but for last 6 months around its showing unnecessary ROAMING SYMBOL & MSGS not going through.Customer care also not responding by leaving a msg that UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST & I ALSO UNABLE TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE.PLS SUGGEST ME THE SOLUTION @ ajmal.[protected]@gmail.com otherwise I will bound to make portability my RCOM NUMBER.THANKING YOU.
