[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Sim not received after porting of mobile no-[protected] | |||||
One of your representative named sucharita mam (Mobile no-[protected]) phoned me some days ago and convinced me to porting my mobile no-[protected] from vodafone to reliance. So i send all of required documents to one of representative of a guy (Mobile no-[protected]). Yesterday you company send me a msg that my number successfully ported to your company and now i am a your customer. But i have not recieved any new sim of your company till now. I called those 2 representative several times but they unable to meet my requirements. Now i am in a postition that my no is in inactive stage and i unable to contact any type of communication from my mobile no. I am disguised about your such type o[censored]nprofessional services and gestures of your representatives. Treated it most urgent and should solve my problem as this contain final warning. May 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved your representative phoned me telling that you send me my sim card containing mobile no-8013286251 by sunday.but i have not received any sim card till now.I am sufferring due to your unprofessional services as i can not communicate to any one or any one could not communicate to me.owing to your disgusting services i faces several personal loss as well as financial loss.. but you could not understand that bcz it causes nothing loss to you.. you must take appropriate action to those of your representative who is responsible such kind of offences
