Dear sir/madam,
I am very old customer of reliance comm. I had very bad expirience with my previous land line number [protected] registered on my wife's name mrs. Shilpa velaskar. I hardly used this number as there was problem in instrument. I was in regular touch with reliance gallery and regularly compaint there with confidence that problem will be resolved but ultimately nothing happened and i stop using it. I was told we have informed company and not to worry. Reli. Gallery owner (Mr. Nimesh[protected]).
Yesterday i got to know while talking to your phone executive at 11pm that my other number [protected] is suspended due to non payment of both the numbers, he said you pay 724/-rs for [protected] and it will immediately start working. I made online payment by same time.
Unfortunately it is not working.
Today morning i talked to two lady executives, but in vein. (One is pravina)
Now i am maling this for your understanding that what is happening? And request to start the suspended number immediately as this number lies with my very old age father he uses it as just incoming phone. Question is how you can suspend services without intimation and why should i pay for number which i have hardly used.
