Reliance Communications — talktime balance reduced to zero suddenly | |
Dear Sir,
my delhi reliance no-[protected]
2-3 days back i had a balance of more than 110 rs but then all of a sudden, balance
reduced to 0.rs
pls note that i browse internet through this number but for that i
have separate 2g data plan.
i mailed the problem to customer care yet no reply after two days.
reliance webchat is also not working
Pls refund the amount for this undue deductions and resolve my matter as soon as possible.
