Dear Customer Care Team, Myself Lolla Siva Sudhakar having Reliance datacard Post paid connection-RELIANCE DATACARD NO-[protected]- Iam your valuable customer for the last 4years ...Due to some problems...Iam cancelling my Datacard connection-[protected].. Hope you will respect your valuable customer request and kindly deactivate my services with effective from today..i.e 24.6.2016 I have cleared all the outstanding bills tilldate at nearest outlet in Vijayawada and there is Rs.150 extra money of mine in my account -[protected] but till the minute it is not deactivated..So i have tried your customer care no no.of times but they are not accessible everytime. So, I request someone from your customer care to respond or call back as i need to bring few issues related to your customer.
