[Resolved] Reliance Communications — The balance in the account was not paid back after account closure | |||||
I was having the phone no. [protected]. During closure I made an additional payment of about Rs. 1500. I was told by customer service that I would receive the amount through cheque after 60 days. It is more than 4 months I have not received the cheque. Last time I called customer service they declined to address the problem and said that it is a Vodafone number.
