[Resolved] Reliance Communications — The balance in the account was not paid back after account closure

I was having the phone no. [protected]. During closure I made an additional payment of about Rs. 1500. I was told by customer service that I would receive the amount through cheque after 60 days. It is more than 4 months I have not received the cheque. Last time I called customer service they declined to address the problem and said that it is a Vodafone number.

Updated by S1dN3Y The person called and said that the cheque was not delivered because they were not able to locate my address. Then how did they verify my address in the first place when they provided me the connection. It is the same address. It is a very lame excuse for such a company. I think they take customers for granted.
