[Resolved] Reliance Communications — unfair trade practice | |
I have been charged unfairly by reliance communications. I ported my number from reliance communications to vodafone. The port out process was completed on 27th october 2016 and my connection was activated on vodafone from the same day. I received my bill from reliance communications for the charges regarding last bill before port out. On observation i found that reliance communications has charged me for a period of 28days (9/10/16 to 5/11/2016) even though i did not used its service after 27th october 2016. Even after contacting customer care and visiting its store several times i did not received any help. I would request reliance communications to re-calculate the amount considering the fact presented by me. And apply fair charges for my used services.
