Reliance Communications — unfairness in bill and disconnection | |||
I am reliance netconnect + broadband user.Usually i used to pay advance rental plan of 3 months but when in august i visited reliance web world kurukshetra they refused to take money from me of advance rental by saying that they will not activate the advance rental plan and told me do whatever i can and also misbehaved with me and also told that i have to go to ambala or karnal to activate that plan .Meanwhile i also wrote various mails regarding such incident and tried to activate 3 month advance rental plan but neither i recieved any mail or call regarding this .I have all the video recording and mail details wid me. They have send a billl of 893 which i didnt pay bcz i have to pay rs 1350 for 3 months so why should i pay 893 for 1 month .They have disconnected my connection.This is my Last mail if some action is not taken i will go to consumer court with all the proofs.
